Maintenance lifting platforms for the construction of a power station

Assignment:

Sixteen maintenance platforms were required for the construction of a power station in Kuwait.
The focus here was on the fast, simple and reliable transportation of tools and spare parts to
the upper sections of the power station with a load of up to 2 t for a lift of 4.8 m.

Solution:

• 16 hydraulic double scissors lifting tables in a heavy-duty steel design

• Hydraulic system with power failure and lowering brake valves

• Load capacity per lifting table 2 t

• Platform size 2.0 x 3.5 m

• Lifting height 4.6 m

• Lifting speed 2 m/min

• Dead load 4.5 t

• Railing all round

• Lockable doors on side walls

• Drive with three-phase current 415 V / 50 Hz

• Lifting platform automatically locks mechanically in top position

• The mechanical locking unit prevents unintentional lowering of the platform from the locking
  position

• This prevents load-dependent flexibility of the oil pad
